Timothy Ward here... I just wanted to know if anyone else thinks that Cheney shot Whittington on purpose? I don't have any real reason for believing that it wasn't an accident but I just get a weird feeling about the whole situation. I haven't completely ruled out the possibilty of Cheney shooting Whittington just so he can build up his 'hood credibilty' and get the gangsta vote if he ever runs for President. If you see him hanging out with 50 Cent in the near future you'll know I was right...
